DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

2008

Below is a list of delivery exceptions for 2008.  This list includes the suspension of school delivery for semester and summer breaks and to all libraries for recognized holidays.  Basically, we will only cancel delivery on the holidays themselves.  If they fall on a weekend, delivery will go on as usual.  We will do a run on Good Friday and Thanksgiving Friday, although WRLS offices will be closed.

• March 21st  – Good Friday – WRLS offices closed, delivery runs will take place
• May 26th (Monday) – Memorial Day – Holiday for WRLS, no delivery runs
• June 2nd (Monday) – last day of delivery for schools until September
• July 4th (Friday) – Holiday for WRLS, no delivery runs
• September 1st (Monday) – Labor Day – Holiday for WRLS, no delivery runs
• September 3rd (Wednesday) – School delivery resumes
• November 27th (Thursday) – Thanksgiving Day – Holiday for WRLS, no delivery scheduled
• November 28th – Thanksgiving Friday – WRLS offices closed, delivery runs will take place
• December 17th (Wednesday) – last day of delivery to schools until January
• December 24th (Wednesday) – Christmas Eve – Holiday for WRLS, no delivery runs
• December 25th (Thursday) – Christmas Day – Holiday for WRLS, no delivery
• Scheduled
• December 31st (Wednesday) – New Year’s Eve – Holiday for WRLS, no delivery runs
• January 1, 2009 (Thursday) – New Years Day – Holiday for WRLS, no delivery scheduled
• January 5, 2009 (Wednesday) – School delivery resumes
