What’s Happening @ the Library?

Local Author, Paul Mitby will visit the library to talk about his new book “Windows To the Past and then Some”, a look back at the happenings of the Cashton community and the surrounding area from the 1940′s to the 1990′s.  Books will be available for purchase.  Refreshments furnished by the Friends of the Cashton Library.


Tuesday, Oct. 28   1:00-3:00 pm

knitting group   Library Knitters: All types of needle crafts
welcome!  The knitters meet weekly to work on
projects, socialize, and to share patterns and
advice.  From novice to experienced!!

Story Hour!cat and book
This week we will Trick-or-Treat at the local businesses.  Wear your costume!!  Story Hour meets weekly on Wednesdays at 9:30 am.  We encourage reading through stories, songs and activities.
For ages 5 & younger.


Friday, Oct. 31  2014   3:00-4:00 pm

Cashton Library from 3:00-4:00 pm for some
before you head out to trick-or-treat!!



The library is a sacred place where you can let your imagination roam.
You can live in history, and research anything you don’t know the answer to.
It is a social forum, a neighborhood meeting place and a safe haven for children.
This library may be small but it is the “heart of our town…”
