3.19.2014 – 12:00 p.m. We sincerely apologize for the issues you have been having placing holds at home, and for the myriad of problems those of you who have come to the library today have witnessed. I promise is will be better in the end! Just hang with us! You can still check out books today, we just cannot give you a receipt, check in returns, or place holds. Don’t worry, no one has books due until the 25th of March. Over dues were suspended weeks ago. No one will have fines for stuff due between March 1st and March 25th.
Hello! The Mondovi Public Library is open today and we are back to our normal hours. Stop on as soon as possible, or login to http://encore.wrlsweb.org to see our new catalog system. It should be much easier going forward to find materials and place holds on items. If you would be interested in attending a training session in how to use the new system, please contact me so I can see about setting up some times. There will be a link on this website soon with a printable version of the Catalog Users Guide soon. Please bear with us during the transition! Thanks!
UPDATE 4:00 p.m. 3/18/14: The new catalog program is not working the way that it is supposed it to. If you try to place a hold on an item you will get an error message. We are checking items in and out with pencil and paper at the Library right now, as we cannot use the system either. Please stay tuned for updates. This affects all of the libraries in the Winding Rivers System, not just Mondovi. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
