Library cards are available to all area residents of Mondovi and surrounding areas.  Library cards will be issued after the initial information is provided by the patron.

Youth under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign for the card.

Parents/guardians are allowed access to library records of their children.  Children over 16 are allowed the same privacy as other library patrons.
