STORY TIME

Preschool Story Time for children ages 3 to 5 is held every Wednesday at 10:00 AM.   Story hour begins with a reading from picture books or stories. Stories are followed by related activities, games, or simple crafts.    Registration is not required for the program.

SUMMER READING

Each summer, the library offers a summer reading program for all grade-school age children; the program usually runs in the months of June and July.  The program promotes reading and assists students in maintaining reading skills over the summer.  Students record their own progress and may attend, if they wish, a weekly program of fun, reading-related, group activities at the library.  Small prizes are earned for attendance and for completing reading vouchers.
