Friends of the Mondovi Public Library

“Friends of the Mondovi Public Library” is a volunteer organization whose members donate time and support to enrich the library’s outreach to the community.  Friends’ dues and fundraisers assist in the purchase of items that are beyond the library’s regular budget.

Some Friends also help with events and activities in and outside of the library.  “Friends” meetings are the third Tuesday of January, April, July, and October at 5:30PM in the library.

Some volunteer activities that Friends choose to do are: help with book sales, sort and pack book donations, assist with library events, help with story hour, manage the gift certificate program, repair books, assist with the twice annual newsletter, create book displays, decorate the library for seasons and special events, provide refreshments for select activities, donate special skills for library projects
