The Chick Lit Book Club

No bookclub taking place through March.

This book club will meet the 4th Thursday of every month as long as it is convenient for all.

                                                            Displays of unusual and spectacular insects from around the world, combined with a variety of LIVE insects, spiders, scorpions and millipedes give participants a truly close-up look kept lively with humor, fun props and occasional “surprises”--make it especially meaningful and enjoyable for people of all ages and abilities.

Village of Trempealeau

Great River State Trail
This 24-mile rail bed trail winds its way through the Mississippi River bottom lands north from Onalaska through Trempealeau, Perrot State Park, and the Trempealeau National Wildlife Refuge. Hike, touring bike, ski, snowmobile. C/o P.O. Box 407, Trempealeau 54661. (608) 534-6409.

Perrot State Park
The park's 1,400 acres nestle among bluffs where the Trempealeau and Mississippi rivers meet. From the 500-foot river bluffs, one can enjoy breathtaking views of the mighty Mississippi.
