Instruction to study the economic impact of public libraries in Wisconsin.

This 24-mile rail bed trail winds its way through the
Mississippi River bottom lands north from Onalaska through Trempealeau,
Perrot State Park, and the Trempealeau National Wildlife Refuge. Hike,
