October 15, 2009 Meeting

 

Next meeting will be November 19, 7 p.m. at the Library.  Please mark your calendar and come to join in the discussion.

 

Movie Nights at the Library – We are investigating projection equipment possibilities that will meet the library’s needs. 

 

North Side garden area – Possibilities/recommendations will be brought to the November meeting.

 

Book Bin for paper back books – Friends will purchase a new bin for display of paperback books in the children’s area.

 

Catfish Days 2010 performers – Suggestions for the 1:00 pm opening stage performance were considered. Preliminary suggestions for other performances are being sought. 

 

Sweet Affair Date Change – Sweet Affair date will be Sunday, January 31.  Valentine’s Day 2010 falls on Sunday. The Sunday preceding, Feb 7, is SuperBowl Sunday. Please mark your calendars, help get the word out, and begin thinking of possibilities.
