Solar Eclipse

Solar Eclipse Viewing Party

Join us on Monday, August 21, from 11:45-2:30 for a solar eclipse viewing party on the library lawn! The best time to view the eclipse in our area will be around 1:15. The library has special glasses to hand out to the first 50 people, or special glasses can be bought at area stores such as Walmart. Remember to NEVER look at the sun without proper eyewear – regular sunglasses do NOT provide enough protection and can expose your eyes to permanent damage.

See you at the ECLIPSE!
